In the case that you qualify for paid repair, the service department will provide you with a price quote and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• To be accepted at our shipping dock:
  • The RMA number must appear on the shipping label.
  • Your address and telephone number must also appear on the shipping label.
  • Include a detailed explanation of the required job with the firearm.
  • The firearm MUST be unloaded.
  • The firearm must be properly packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
  • Do not send firearms by U.S. Mail. Use UPS, FEDEX, DHL or a similar carrier who is able to provide you with a tracking number for the shipment
